Location and Parking

Race Registration will take place on Saturday 13th April between 2pm - 5pm at Kings Fitness & Leisure Centre, BS27 3AH in the main sports hall.

If you are unable to register on Saturday then you may use the emergency registration on Sunday 14th April between 6:15am - 7:30am by prior arrangement only.

Sundays event parking is located on the industrial estate next to the Kings Fitness postcode BS27 3EB (5 min walk.)

NO parking at Kings Fitness & Leisure Centre.

Race Pass - Previously Called Race Licence

The rules around Race Pass previously know as the race licence have changed from 2024 you are required to purchase your race pass at the same time you enter the race. It's a simple process and you'll be guided through as part of your race entry.

If you are a member of BTF and have a valid race licence please bring this with you to registration.

Race Pack/Numbers

Your race pack will contain a few items, the most important of which is your race numbers. These must be attached to both you and your bike as per the instructions below.

Don't panic If you are not sure about this there will be marshals on hand both at registration and on the morning of the race to help you with this.

You will not be able to enter and rack your bike in transition before your numbers are attached to you, your helmet and your bike. (Pro tip: Do this the night before.)

• Race Number/belt - Your race number is to be attached to you in transition 1 (T1) after the swim and before the bike. The number needs to be displayed on your back for the bike and the front for the run so you can be identified by marshals on the course. Please write your emergency contact details and relevant medical information on the reverse of your number.

• Bike Number/sticker - The bike sticker should go on the seat post of your bike and be clearly visible.

​

• Helmet Number/sticker - The helmet sticker goes on the front of your helmet.​​
